Cinema EL Housh is home for arthouse films, classics, and indie Saudi films.

We launched in Jeddah historic town, with the screening of Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey” for its 50^th anniversary.

We have programmed retrospectives of iconic directors like Wong Kar-Wai and held the first official nationwide screenings of classics by masters like Federico Fellini, Ingmar Bergman, Jean-Luc Godard, Youssef Chahine, and François Truffaut.

We regularly premiere ‘Cannes Film Festival’ favorites such as: “Shoplifters”, “Drive my Car”, “Yomeddine”, “Annette”, “Memoria” and “The Worst Person in The World”. Cinema EL Housh is also proud to dedicate a significant portion of its programming to local Saudi films by talented auteurs.
